If we distribute these houses over 300 square metre plots, we can see that the area required is roughly the size of Muş, a city in Turkey.

If we now consider Turkey’s total area of 769,632 square kilometres, the additional space required for such a housing initiative amounts to 8,478 square kilometres. This may seem like a large area, but in the grand scheme of things it is only a fraction of Turkey’s vast land mass.

We can fit by living in 300 square meter prefabricated houses on an area the size of Muş.
